The complete system

The whole low-energy system, on a tablet and on paper

Some days you can plan. Other days you open a planner, see thirty empty boxes, and close it again.

This is everything in one place: the twelve-sheet planner, thirty permissions and two morning pages — as a hyperlinked file you tap through on a tablet, and as sheets you print at home. Nothing to keep up with, no streaks to break, no dates to fall behind on. Made by someone with ADHD, for how the day actually goes.

Complete low-energy system on a tablet and on paper: hyperlinked contents page, 44 pieces, A4 and US Letter

What’s inside — 44 pieces

  • 12 undated planner sheets — brain dump, energy check, low-energy day, task triage, first step, no-streak reset, flexible week, small refills, focus session, daily reset, too much right now, today. One decision per page.
  • 30 permission cards — six for rest, six for doing less, six for mess, six for people, six for starting again. Plain type on cream, one to a page.
  • 2 morning pages — ten short prompts, and a page to answer them on.
  • 5 wall sheets — the same thirty permissions laid out six to a page, one page per section. Nothing to cut out: print a sheet, put it up, and a whole section is there at once.
Hyperlinked tablet planner: tap a permission card in the index and its page opens

How the tablet file works

48 pages, a contents in two levels with 44 tappable lines, and 30 links that run from a card to the planner sheet that fits it. Pull a card, and if you want a page for it, one tap opens it and one tap brings you back.

It opens in GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo or any app that reads a PDF with links, and on a computer as well. Everything is undated, so nothing expires.

What you get

  • The hyperlinked tablet file, 48 pages
  • 19 printable sheets in A4
  • The same 19 sheets in US Letter
  • An ink-friendly version of the five wall sheets

Instant download — the files are ready the moment your payment goes through. Nothing is shipped, nothing arrives in the post. Print at 100 percent or Actual Size rather than Fit to Page, so the pages keep their margins; plain white paper is enough, and the sheets are drawn with very little ink coverage on purpose.

A note on what this isn’t. These are stationery, not treatment. They’re pages I designed because the usual ones didn’t work for me. If something about your energy or focus is worrying you, that’s a conversation for a doctor, not a planner.

Why it looks like this

Most planners for neurodivergent brains are loud — rainbows, dark mode, dopamine everything. This one is deliberately quiet. Plenty of white space, large type, one decision per page, and no scoring yourself at the end of the day.

If a page can’t be understood in ten seconds, it isn’t in the file.
